Every participant is obliged to paddle wearing a buoyancy aid. This is a basic safety requirement on the water. The rental bears no responsibility for a participant's failure to comply with the alcohol ban during the trip, or for resulting harm to their own health or life, or to another participant injured as a result of their alcohol consumption.
Material liability
The customer bears full material liability for the equipment entrusted to them from the moment of collection until the moment of return. In the event of theft, loss or permanent destruction of equipment, the customer is obliged to cover 100% of the market value of new equipment of the same type.
The rental bears no responsibility for participants' personal belongings (phones, glasses, cameras, documents) left in kayaks or that fall into the water during the trip, while boarding or disembarking. We recommend using waterproof bags for electronics.
Equipment returned to the kayak rental should be in a condition that allows it to be rented out again.
